Mouse Toy needs to go paddle boarding. Not Flounder, although she certainly WANTS to go paddle boarding, she totally understands that we can't when it's cold and she's a perfect patient princess. Mouse Toy, however, still has a lot to learn!

One thing I didn't anticipate with Fiki's loss was the heaviness of Flounder's grieving. I know she loves deeply (Mouse Toy) But I didn't know exactly what to expect, how she would process the info I gave her, and even if I was giving her the best info I could give her based on what she understands.

Pets are more complex than we think.
Treats are not mentally nor physically stimulating for your pet. They just like treats. Truth be told: they need and WANT more than treats. Buttons have helped me realize this.
You didn’t know you needed a Lisa Frank Flounder, but now that you have it, you don’t want to be in a world without it…
