Forgot to actually talk about what this means.
Basically this means you will only Recoil Jump if you actively aim the middle of the screen at the level itself and you won't recoil jump if you're attacking an enemy, since the enemy will block the hitscan

This is bad because if you're in a regular ass hallway, you'd be shot backwards at high speed without even meaning to recoil jump because of the big projectile meant to hit multiple enemies. Now enemies take the velocity from the projectile and you use a short hitscan for Recoil Jumping.
