speedrunning wip

ongoing problem really, planning things is easy but executing is Big Difficult, youd think going with the flow would be easy, but there is so much to plan and do, and encounter setbacks and having to plan again. when man makes a plan god laughs and all, must look hilarious huh? B

consistent "sketching" style (i have a sketching sheet to kinda test a new one out, probs posting tomorrow), so i can Do More with all of these characters and hopefully get more ideas out faster, but maybe im just biting more than i can chew, in general lol

though another thing is that i worry im overdoing it, cause as it stands i have like, 8 or so mostly fleshed out but havent really drawn a lot of them, and every new idea i get for one makes the list more bloated, bleggggh, this is part of the reason why i wanna get a more

being redundant and staying consistent, and the added challange of getting them a place within the lore, its all a bit convoluted and lowk wish my brain didnt knot itself like this but its actually kind of rewarding finding solutions to this kind of characterization problems

I used to work in podcast editing and im 100% convinced there is something cursed about them, because every time I checked on their performance I would start to get worse performance myself, and every time I resisted the temptation to check, I'd get better results, only ever been vindicated on that

Sometimes I wonder what people follow me for, not in a "why would ANYONE follow me??" Self pity way but like, actually what seals the deal when they look through my profile and stuff

i keep coming back to this idea because every time i think "man i wish i could do (thing)" i remember i can just add it as a function, spots too dark to draw proper? light in his eyes, inconsistent sizing? malfunctioning regulator, multiple people? different units, etc, so versatile, love scifi shit

That being said, getting the eureka moment for how things fit together is very rewarding, "my god, i can justify this porn trope if their backstory includes xyz"

It's probably a bad way to write to let your dick choose who your characters are and then trying to integrate them into the setting, but im finding it to be a very interesting creative route, probably very prone to feel disjointed though
