the absolute best you can do in defense of this guy is to claim that he has no idea what's going on in this country and no desire to change that. as political pitches go there are better ones

it’s wild how everyone hates Fetterman (correctly) and there’s a guy running who’s basically holding a huge I’m The Next Fetterman sign and it hasn’t slowed him down at all

I also think there is a lot of shaming of folks here when we talk about culture. You get some version of “must be nice to not be consumed with the dystopia!” Lol

Like culture posts on this app simply don’t get the engagement and I think it’s because people feel it’s frivolous and actually it’s the thing we are fighting for, the freedom to make culture and cultural works

I do actually think there is a serious imbalance on this app. A lot of politics and not enough culture. Some of that has to do with the fact that Black Twitter mostly went to Threads.
