It happens so damn frequently that I can't remember when I've actually been able to update a number normally. And it drives up queues and most of the time it is this type. Drives me up the wall.

For example of instant annoyance, customer wants to update their contact number. We've been having issues with an unfortuately common customer type and due to that, theres been a shake up in that critical process and every time a cust wants to update their number? Brain sees the flag waiving.

Some of the customers I have to deal with are also nice on the surface, but turn out to be either horrible people or wrapped up in a horrible mess because they are desperate for money. I should be feeling sorry for them, not hatred.

I hate to admit that sometimes I feel a compulsion to instantly be an asshole to customers. Im not sure if its a combination of being burned out, ADHD or the types of calls I receive that make me react that way. Trying to reign in to be polite is taxing and I miss being compassionate.
