Yo estuve 3 años una vez y 1 año otra, consejo, cero, yo recaí así. También es verdad que fue sin medicación, pero ahora imposible, lo llevo intentando dos años, y lo máximo una semana, necesito estar 6 meses y a partir de ahí meterme en la cabeza que cero son cero. Ánimo y a seguir💪🏻
