I scheduled hikes with friends and went for a long walk myself today.

I just wanted to say I live in the US where everything is burning and your podcast is a bit of a balm during the chaos. So thank you.

So things are still burning but I made chilaquiles this morning with peppers that we grew. I forgot photos of the chilaquiles. But they were good. I’m going to plant some random stuff today also, even though it may be the wrong time because yolo right?

I made an extra therapy appointment this week. It’s not enough.

I had the best salad I’d had in a super long time yesterday and for one second my brain stopped screaming. Stress eating veg is a legit strategy.

Again, same thing happened when I lived in Seattle during the George Floyd protests. If you don’t live there, you don’t know.

I’m thinking about you LA. Document everything and stay safe. But raise some hell.
