Tasted 2-3 month old coffee kombucha. Instant coffee and lemon notes, quite acidic. Visually the brew looked fine, the pellicle looked healthy with no off colors or mold growth. There is a lightly stale smell to it. Tempted to experiment with it further, but dumping it in the backyard is safer
