I'm using an AMD x86 mini-pc, and it's worked reasonably well.
Not doing anything graphically more stressful than 4K Youtube,
but it's a quite adequate box. Dual-boot Ubuntu/Windows.
(Its N100 predecessor was noticeably slower, but its real problem is that the fan's wonky and unreplaceable :-)

But when the farming system's set up so it's hard to compete against subsidized farms, or when you've had a long-term to sell your product to the government, ripping it down with no warning after you've already planted is devastating, and having Trump kill your export contracts is too.
