Anyways I plan to bring it up to my doc about those issues just so they're aware but yeah I really haven't felt the addiction at all. They are also slow releasing effects so I don't notice them for a while and it can be subtle.

Plus I'm also self employed so "weekends" don't really exist. I have days I work less but I tend to do some sort of work daily.

Also there have been days where I think I'll be productive, take the meds and then crash cause I didn't realize it was a burnout day. So I wasted my meds for that day 🙃

The old meds didn't make me feel good so we changed meds. I no longer have those side effects but now I take them way less cause I get used to the slog after the 2 day break so I now suffer differently.

I don't want to ask to try new change meds again so I gotta...try harder to remember 🫠

I'm on meds I can't take every single day so even if I happen to take my meds 5 times a week, I can fall into break mode and...whoops!

My doc says it's prevent addiction and I guess it "works".

Getting back into it is rough. When I was on meds I could take daily it was so much easier to remember.
