I don't use Notion heavily as my main tracking source so it's a minor switch over for me. It's meant to be a summary for clients/whoever. Thanks for letting me know!

Kan is the open source alternative to Trello. You have the option of having it on the cloud (like Notion, Trello) or you can self host it if that interests you.

I converted my current comm queue over to it & have made use of labels to add some colour and treat them as "fields". It works well enough

Sorta related to comms, but I'm trying out kanbn as a replacement for Notion as a comm work queue. I'm sick of the push of AI Agents that the latest update from Notion finally kicked looking for an alternative up into high gear. Kanbn is on the simpler end like Trello, but it'll do!

(I just mentally calculated how much time a job takes especially getting to and from the job and I freaking forgot how much it takes >.<; Loved WFH so much...)
