In the second panel Alexie has Nikki's tail sticking out of her mouth, and a very large, rounded tummy. An internal is also seen where Nikki is being made to curl up inside of the otter's stomach! In the third panel Alexie is treading water, her tummy is now much less round, but still plumped up, her hips and thighs are also much wider. Nikki's soul is floating out of her belly with arms crossed, blushing, while Alexie burps at him.
