100%. At a public university the community are the only ones who can push these nazis out. A student can't be banned from a public school for being a nazi. He could face disciplined for vandalizing campus, but that would require campus police to conduct an investigation and charge him.

CU Boulder enrolled alleged white supremacist with knowledge of his past Officials were notified about a CU Boulder student's connection to Patriot Front and his violent posts before he stepped on campus.

CU admitted Nathan's komrade knowing he was in Patriot Front.

A triptych of images that are allegedly of Bobby Garcia, a tall white man with a stocky build, graying hair, and a bulbous nose, at various recent points in his life. The first is allegedly of Garcia at the 2022 Saint Patrick's Day parade in Boston MA. He is clad in a pair of sunglasses with somewhat of a resemblance to Oakley Jawbreakers, a black baseball cap, a black half-face gaiter with the numbers "131" emblazoned upon it in white, and a green long-sleeve shirt with a black logo of the Nazi totenkopf between a set of laurels and the words "Gott mit uns." He is gesturing toward the camera, right palm outward and fist mostly closed except for a raised index finger. This is usually recognized in radical right-wing research circles as the "America First" handsign. The second is allegedly of Garcia during March 2023 in Rockingham NH Superior Court, providing court support for Chris Hood and Leo Cullinan (deceased) at the time. He is wearing a black N95 earlook mask and a black overshell jacket. His eyes are plainly visible, and he gestures toward the camera with his right hand closed in a fist, except for a raised index finger, palm toward himself. This is part of a three-part gesture where he flashes one finger, then three, then one, to represent the "131" in "NSC-131". The third is of Garcia during May 2025, attending a legislative session concerning homeschooling at the Connecticut State Capitol building. He wears a light blue button-up shirt, with a white t-shirt underneath. He holds a piece of "New England National Party" propaganda to his chest. His face is plainly visible.

Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT is a neo-Nazi organizer, highly likely to be responsible for violence at the Red Ink Library during 02/2022 as NSC-131 member "Phillip Roberts," and is the owner of the "New England National Party" LLC registered in his home state.
