Back in the Oakland flats with dogs + kid, sighing at the incoherence of emergency notifications. Evacuation for West Berkeley but not other contiguous bayshore cities. Each city on different services. Alameda County sends no tsunami warning, but emails when canceled. Local radio still fundraising.
