anyway i know this is a very privileged take but if you are able to, please take even just a day to cut out doomscrolling. you can do productive things to help a cause online or even in your communities, sure, but scrolling for hours until you’re in a boiling rage does not help anyone

wild how this went well for me. only social media was discord for specific video games
anyway i finished the diamond art piece i’ve spent most of the week on, went to the mall and got some exercise in by walking the entire place, actually cooked myself dinner, started a new art piece… hmm 🤔
