I am trying really hard to be more intentional. If the notifications don’t pop up I don’t get distracted. I go on social media only when I remember I haven’t checked in a while. It’s helped my anxiety a lot. Maybe it will help someone else too.

I know it’s odd to say this on a social media app, but remember that Kendrick ended his performance by saying “turn this TV off”. I’m taking that as a reminder to take much needed breaks. Turn it ALL off, hide and mute social media apps, go outside, help where you can. Real change will happen.

I deleted all my Amazon crap from our household. It’s all gone INCLUDING Alexa. No target, no Walmart, no coke products, no unilever, fuck nestle, and FUCK Tesla! I don’t think they realize the monster they’ve unleashed in all of us
