If you are able to write to his judicial assistant before tomorrow, stating politely but firmly that the plea deal should be rejected, I would be grateful.

He then apparently beat her with a bat before shooting her.

This high profile case is about to lose steam in that Roberts has opted for a plea deal (you can read the details in the petition link included below).

The judge in his case will be reviewing whether to accept or reject this deal.
