A new year can be a great time to reset boundaries and how we view and our attitudes to both, a chance to start again so that we stay healthy and happy.
A little something on #WorkLifeBalance that I hope will be helpful, especially at this time, when a lot of us are returning to work after a break.
It’s always hard to start again - but my question for you is do you WANT to start work and life again in the same way as last year?
If you want to change something, that’s great - make it yours, own it and do it with the energy of love for yourself.
And if you are just making it through at the moment, then I’m sending you lots of support and this message loud and clear - you are more than enough - already.
Although it’s great to have goals and intentions for January - it’s also a pretty hard and challenging month with the return to work or school, reflections on last year and all the pressure we face to suddenly live the ‘perfect life’
