The #EU has much to learn from #India's experiences (& #Brazil’s). But the EU should also develop its own more holistic vision of #digital infrastructure. This could open the door to build comprehensive strategic partnerships, based on the mutually shared objective of greater #TechnologySovereignty

#TechSovereignty is a growing concern for #India too & tech is one of India's major strengths. India has built an impressive digital public infrastructure ( #DPI) made up of universal #digitalID, #digitalpayments, #data exchange layer & e-commerce platform, jointly referred to as #IndiaStack

The #EU's #CompetitivenessCompass laid out initial steps to shore up the #EU's tech infrastructure & support European tech innovation. Yet it lacks the ambition of the #Draghi Report & does not lay out a path to build a #EuroStack of sovereign digital infrastructures
