I resigned from my job today after 4 years. For me the organisation I work for has changed so much and just didn't align with my values anymore.

Change is scary but I'd rather take this risk then wonder about what could have happened if I didn't! 3 months notice has kicked in starting from today!

Back to work and January can be a mega tough time. If anyone needs a chat my Dm's are always open ❤️
