It’s decent. I read some of the manga/light novels. It leans into your standard fantasy isekai tropes but does subvert expectations sometimes. Haven’t seen any of the anime yet so don’t know if they did a good job adapting it or not though

I’m really liking the way Digimon and their human partners work in the Beatbreak anime. Anyone could feasibly get a digimon, it seems a surge of strong emotions causes one to spawn and they mirror your personality and are defaultly attached to you since they’re born from your emotions.

In my defence, I grew up in a house next to a decrepit barn that was so infested with black widow spiders that you could not see the walls on the inside. It was solid dense webs covered in probably thousands of spiders that were lethally venomous to a child. I lived in FEAR 🙃
