It was during COVID. It’s possible someone missed a death or two during the COVID years. And with Don Everly being out of the news for many years, maybe he just overlooked it. It doesn’t mean he’s not a real fan.

Ranger was nearly perfect tonight. Kept them off balance and they barely made contact.
Such a relief to see Schwarbs belt the 3 run bomb at home. The milestone is out of the way now. Great team win!

Trea + the bottom half of the order + a LH starting pitcher seems to be the winning formula lately.

Bader is one of those enthusiastic, intangible guys who can’t be purely measured in a boxscore. Outstanding pickup.
Ranger was great… now Sanchez can keep it going tonight. I have to believe Schwarbs will wake back up in Miami. He’s way overdue.

Bottom half of the order came up HUGE. Marsh and Bader have been real spark plugs lately. The team never gave up today… just kept on comin’! Nice to have a closer now, too.

Terrible waste of a stellar outing by Luzardo. But great to see him pitching so well as we enter the September stretch.

Trea is suddenly in the MVP race. He may win the batting title, he’s been a fantastic clutch leadoff hitter, and his defense has been spectacular this season. Such a spark.
