I agree in principle, but reality is not so simple. Anyone making proxies for 40k will, inevitably, make (C)SM adjecent sculpts. These sculpts must have a certain aesthetic to be desirable to buyers. That's the paperthin line between "inspired by" and "plagiarism." You either copy something or fail.

Darkoath Warqueen proxy I used as a test paint model for the Darkoath Spearhead I got. I'm not sold on the red. Might go with deep burgundy or even screamer pink.
