I can't say it does. Bit disappointed in that respect but it was cheap. The old one came with the basin but was very low quality and with a really strange fitting. This is better and has the traditional pegs but still not as good as I'd have liked.

New toilet seat arrived after an epic journey that seems to have taken it via the Silk Road through about three war zones and countless nations. A lot more travelled than I am. I felt quite humbled fitting it.
