There's always a tin of something oaty in the kitchen and these muesli bars are our current favourites. Crunchy, fruity, seedy and nutty, they're also cut with popcorn to avoid being too dense. Now I just need to reverse engineer them and figure out the recipe....

Gingerbread house, part 2: moulding & baking. Pressing the dough into the mould and baking it doesn't take a lot of time. But it does have to be done three times. A certain amount of fatigue sets in after round two and, by the end of the third time, I'm on my own...
