October reading list. No recs this time. But open to receiving recs.

I have it. No matter what I do it says I’m inactive. It’s not considering fat burning zones aimed at older women like myself. The exercise I do is lower impact. But it’s not “inactive”. I wish they’d come up with another measuring level based on age and a few other factors to keep one motivated.

I despise the comment of ‘but she looked fine’ Trauma doesn’t mean someone is bouncing off the walls screaming. He had a sudden whim to change a scene and didn’t care how it impacted. Despicable. Mostly because even now they don’t see it as wrong.
