Honestly talking to my boss about my issue today with this job I legit crashed out and cried in her office cause let's face it working in mental health fields is taxing on your mind. In some days it feels that people aren't worth it though you get that rare thank you..

As a former veteran I can tell you my brother's in arms don't like this regime at all but most are scared cause they wanna just provide for families.
