Agreed. Stopping things is one of the key actions leaders can do. I cut 60% of committees for that reason

Great, yes a learning walk of sorts, I have done the same to the amazement of current and previous colleagues. It's how people see their roles. In a private franchise college as an Associate Dean Learning and Teaching at the moment. If you talk the talk you have to walk the walk 😉 #LTHEChat
