Restraint upgraded by @yohan555.bsky.social to "full MaxCita" with hood & boot and tightened all around. After 5hr restrained, little things mattered! I was determined to sit up again the wall. Physically hard. Progress was made. Exhausted but satisfied. I sensed I was being watched. Never give in!
