Alberta’s spending per student went up only 2.4% b/w 2013 to 2023. This was by far the smallest increase. The Canadian average increase was 33%. The reason is growth. Alberta’s student population grew by 15% in the same period, by far the highest jump in the country, but spending did not keep pace.

When you defraud the system of millions of dollars, 4 years in prison is not enough. Stop protecting the rich, America! Make these people fear the consequences of greed. The 10th Commandment (Exodus 20:17, Deuteronomy 5:21) says:
