Only other one I know about it the Gundam G-Else, again, a 1/144, so I'm not sure if it would work for what you have in mind but it has articulated claws on it's feet and on it's wrists!

or the 1/144 RX-160S Byarlant Custom, it's got claw hands and a couple of claw on the back of it's feet... not sure how articulated they are, though.

There is a 1/144 Graze Ein that has claw feet, it's taller than regular 1/144's but not as tall as a 1/100... it might work. The toes are static, unfortunately.
