Six weeks ago, I picked up a year-old tawny owl with a broken leg off the main road near our home and dropped him off at our nearest vet.

After a few days, I received one of the most bizarre phone calls I’ve ever had, asking “So when are you coming to pick up your owl?” 🧵

I started watching For All Mankind last week and Wernher von Braun is portrayed in the first episode which got me singing 'Once the rockets go up, who cares where they come down!?' Then in the second episode it actually gets played at one point and I did a small happy dance! ♥️

I had the same issue with the book having watched the TV show. It might hold up to a second read with different expectations. I did a re-watch of the show recently and I still love the chaotic mess that it is and how it just leans into that.
