oh it's TIRINGG 😩 There's ton to learn about my job because it's technical work and complicated. college students are fine since they know the basics already but highschool students are not aware yet. It's so tiring to repeat teaching every other week to new students 😭

they are 4 to 6 per students per school and they stay for 2 weeks. for college it's the same but 1 and a half months iirc. it's good to have them bec at least I get to talk to young people (bc my coworkers are mostly old already 😭) who share the same interests I do lmaoo

oh it means 'On-the-Job Training' which is part of highschool and college curriculums 👀 so students are sent to offices related to their chosen degree to be trained. i teach them the basics of my job :D

i forgot it's the start of OJT season. i'm back to being a teacher 😩
