Parts of the Constitution were erased from the Library of Congress website, including the section featuring the foreign emoluments clause.

The removal was blamed on a "coding error."

Here's a reminder of what the clause says, just in case Congress ever decides to enforce it...

The Quickest Route to a Plum Judicial Appointment Emil Bove has demonstrated that total sycophancy to the president can be a fantastic career move.

How Emil Bove will comport himself as a federal appeals judge β€œis not obvious,” @qjurecic.bsky.social argues. But his β€œpath so far has demonstrated that total sycophancy to the president can be a fantastic career move for ambitious lawyers.”

Someone cooled AMD's $11,699 Threadripper Pro 9995WX with a BMW M4 radiator and some fans from a Toyota Highlander β€” 1,200 liters per minute pump still can't match liquid nitrogen, though Geekerwan's BMW-cooled Shimada Peak is overtaken in the fast lane by Uncle Tony and his LN2.

I can see it now, thousands of gamers running to scrap yards looking for radiators and fans. It will be glorious!

Any more, I view these types of breaches as incompetence. There are tools and processes that work successfully almost all of the time and they can catch simple things like this breach.

These DOGE knuckleheads are not as good as MAGA things.

Got it. Thanks.

So you are "double" scheduling nodes - one user getting the CPUs and possibly another user getting the GPUs? Any concerns about oversubscribing CPU memory or the two users stepping on each other's cores?

But couldn't they just monitor all of the GPUs on the node? Either individually or collectively? Sure, it's a lot to look at, but if the concern is small amounts of computational time lost across a number of GPUs in a single node, then perhaps the goal should be modified? Or am I missing something?

However, you can launch a Docker container on a specific GPU or range of GPUs and note which container goes to which GPU. Then you can use NVML or nvidia-smi to monitor the usage on that specific GPU. However, it's a bit more manual.
