Since I am not a producer by trade I wanted to start small, first releasing things to support an existing campaign frame that I love, that has attracted an equally passionate audience.

That way each Vol builds on the momentum of the previous. If Vol1 does well, the next one will be even better!

I think there's a trend towards maximalism in many of these releases, but my intent here was to give the quality of design you'd expect in the core book. That comes with a very rigorous testing process, and requires a lot of reiteration. And time. Lots of time. And money, frankly!

Just to manage expectations. This is the first of 4 Volumes I intend to release. The linked thread below outlines what this first release will contain. Future Vols:

This volume is less a frame and more supplemental material to support Colossus or other western themed campaigns.

Though if all goes as planned a new campaign frame will be a part of one of the volumes!

I was lucky enough to get to work on Colossus of the Drylands, and while it's not in the SRD, I still wanted to create materials compatible with it for all the folks out enjoying it... or those that just love a little grit and gunpowder in their home game.

This first release will contain:

A) 5 Western Themed/Gunslinger subclasses to support classes that already exist in Core.

B) New firearm options to support any class that wants to be a gunslinger.

C) Two new environments that will feel right at home in any western campaign setting.
