And do you think it would be worth it for that if people blamed Dems for the shutdown after changing their public, previously stated bargaining position? Does that change it Republicans, after blame shifts, blow up the filibuster to reopen without the health care asks?

Concessions on ICE is another matter, I guess, but it would be politically bad for dems to tack that on after the fact if Republicans give them their ask on health care.
