Still working on @paulcornell.bsky.social's Lychford series, having finished the audio book of A Long Day in Lychford. Our three witches get thrown across the unseen border and spend a day returning, with various innocent bystanders in tow. I like these quirky characters.

I’m a monster! Mum was also a big fan and she got to listen to my initial rant. So that was the nice, calm one we recorded.

This is a great listen, even if you haven't seen either show they talk about. Hilarious first half, with Lizbeth viciously hating a show Paul has clearly been a fan of since childhood, and the second half got me wondering why nobody has ever done a show adapting all Asimov's robot stories.

Dramatic difference in feelings about these two shows. DRAMATIC. Also, in further character growth there are now three whole telly shows where I'd be exceptionally excited to see missing episodes return to the archives.
