I found a Japanese one for 2100 yen in Japan, and that felt like a steal! I have both languages in my Ho-Oh master set and that’s all I can ask for I think LOL

I have a collection copy but my god I could never afford a playable set 😭 They are sooooo expensive these days

I prefer silver borders on cards, and it’s a reason why I generally prefer buying JP cards, but e-Series is my favourite era and too iconic. I will permit these yellow borders. I figure this will make playing the game easier on my eyes, too!

Another unexpected perk over getting into playing TCG is that one of the highlights of my day was finding a stash of old e-Series energy cards, and swapping them into my deck, because you can just do that! They’re legal! Who knew I’d ever be so excited over energy cards

I got mine a few days ago too, and the relief and joy I felt in my heart when the cashier laughed and told me not to worry, that they had more than enough cards 😭 It’ll be okay…

(Is that a special sized binder for jumbo cards? I was thinking I’d like to get a way to store them like that!)
