I’m part of a consolidated case at the MSPB challenging the RIFs at HHS from earlier this year.
I know the likelihood of anything good coming of this is slim, but the judge’s response to HHS requesting an extension the day before a deadline and calling them on their antics gives me some solace.

Timely to see this after just having to read through and sign a form to inform patients that if you discuss a problem you’re having during your yearly physical, it could somehow move from “preventive care” to “diagnostic”, incurring a copay.
What’s the difference or line between the two? 🤷♂️
