After multiple legal hurdles, Erik and Lyle Menendez’s resentencing hearing is scheduled for next Tues and Weds (May 13th and 14th)

Prosecutors to drop charges against man in bizarre Phoenix hotel murder The state said there isn’t enough evidence to convict Dominque Jackson for the murder of his longtime girlfriend and mother of his kids, Desiree Serpas.

It quickly became a high-profile murder case - a woman mysteriously found dead in a Phoenix Renaissance hotel room after July 4th.

Police said her boyfriend was naked in the lobby telling security there was a demon. He was charged with murder.
