As sad as it may seem, it's way too often true. That's also when of the reasons I am vegan and decided to focus more on fighting for non-human animals instead. No, I'm not a complete misanthrope yet. There's still a bit of hope left.

I can relate & therefore decided to stop doom scrolling, deleted most social media apps from my phone, only kept reddit and YouTube. Stopped using Twittler back in January right after the double sieg heiling incident. I minimised my use of most socials by at least about 65%. I feel a bit better.
