If it cannot be fixed in 5 minutes do not stress as much about it. Panic and anxiety always want instant gratification and cause turmoil when it does not happen. Reworking your brain to see things in a way you can "list" it helps change perspective. This isn't done over night but helps.

Goblin tip.
If you need extra warm when it is cold run the oven at 375 for two hours. If you vent it (safely and keep pets and Littles away) then it'll last about 4 hours. Only do during the day. Always be safe.
If you add vanilla extract to a pan and let it sit in the oven it will smell good.

Baby steps are still steps. Just because you aren't making big progress towards your goal doesn't mean you're failing. No one moves at the same pace. A step towards your goal is a step towards progress. Don't give up. You matter. ;
