I hate these people. Today, CNN reported the DOGE munchkins are in the IRS databases including the ones for employees. I fear I will never get the pension I worked for over 40 years or social security either. I'm desperately trying to get the remaining funds in the IRA-type accounts created for us

Why should they buy anything from us when the administration wants to take over their country? That's just nuts.

Interesting. It *costs* businesses to take plastic. Seems like they would like to save some of those fees. It should be the option of the customer, I'd think. I know there are some that won't take personal checks anymore. I don't shop much anymore. Thanks for the workable link.

Locked behind paywall. I'd be curious to see what kind of business that was. Sometimes accepting cash is very difficult. This just sounds odd and almost like a personal vendetta.

I just got an Albert Gallatin award for my work achievements. Signed by Janet Yellen, back when the Secretary of the Treasury meant something. Also, a certificate of retirement for serving our country for 41 years as a civil servant. My oath was sworn to the Constitution, not a party.

They will be using AI to scan these emails. No human will be looking at them. I wouldn't give them my email address personally.

Since he's allowed unauthorized access to our social security and tax information, you should assume you have been hacked and make an effort to move your funds to a new bank that the govt does not know about. Keep the old bank but move funds often/keep track of what is going on at your bank.
