i feel dirty and disgusting every day i go into work every day that i wake up. i dont feel that i have the ability to care for myself in the way certain things are expected of me. but i dont know how to escape my strings as it were

i do not feel like it is moral to continue but i do not know how to stop the machine as it were

how do we continue daily life as it is? when there is something so central to it that is deeply wrong. how do we stop when our survival is linked to such ongoings? these are the questions loudest in my head as i confront the reality of the human situation
