From Sunday (1 June), single use vapes will be banned across the whole of the UK.

We’ve been calling for a ban since single use vapes first emerged on the market.

One of my personal highlights was celebrating Penarth’s very first Seaside Award with the amazing Dawnstalkers. Thankfully the camera didn’t capture the shivering, but what a remarkable group of people; it was a real joy to mark the occasion with them.

It's Wales Coast Awards day, and I’m so delighted to share that 49 beaches and marinas across Wales have received official recognition in this year’s awards.
