15.11.2025 18:12 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Every developer I know use something like copilot to do their work now. It would be foolish not to. I wanna say 3-5 years is probably a conservative estimate to mainstream use. 5-10 yrs before the death of all standalone software. yikes..
12.11.2025 22:15 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Py pack power!! How far are we from just talking our ideas into cgi existence, do you think? I'm starting to worry..

31.10.2025 03:08 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0A basic metaball like setup tht uses smoothGeo node to make it work like real metaballs. The displaceGeo I'd nvr heard of, but I really like it. Using noise fields for it's parameters. Very cool updates! #b3d #geometrynodes

30.10.2025 18:07 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Inspired by Ivan Black I took it upon myself to build a fully #procedural version of this kinetic sculpture in #blender using only #geometrynodes. I spent the best part of summer trying to figure out how to animate the linked pieces. Challenge completed, what do you think?

30.09.2025 20:31 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Which as we've already elucidated, is an uncontrivable falsehood outside the egocentric identity. It is a well known attribute of the ego to try and validate itself, that it is something, that it knows something, or that it has something.
"All the world's a stage, and the people merely players."
What I'm saying is that it's paradoxical that to truly know something, is to never let ourselves think or believe that we know anything.
It keeps us in a state of humility and open mindedness to further our knowledge and understanding.
The ego loves feeling & believing that it's 'right'.
<thread8
When we're not the source of all the impulses that become our thoughts, feelings, and will. Then we can truly never know anything. By abstraction, 1 could say that were not meant to know.
That's not to say we shouldn't increase our knowledge.
<thread7>
Am I 100% right? Of course not. There's always a greater context to view & interpret the world. What is right to us today will change over time w/ greater understanding.
Our world has an uncomfortable amount of paradoxes. The only thing that is always right, is that we are always wrong.
<thread6>
So when you look up at the night sky and see Moon, stars, and planets. What you're really looking at, is yourself!
2 eyes in the water, 2 eyes on land, 2 eyes in the skies. Eyes all over the place. It is our nature to see ourselves in everything!
<thread5>
Our bodies are made of smaller parts that make the whole. By the same qualification, the Earth is also a whole body and we are it's parts. The solar system and all of it's parts, and so on.
<thread4>
So you can see why it's easy for the hand to delude itself this way, just like human beings, bc it also doesn't have the proper kind of eyes to see it's attached to an arm and a greater body, from which it receives all the impulses it believes it's 'self' to be generating.
<thread3>
If you're hand gets an ego and says 'I am'. "My name's Mr. Hand. These are my thoughts, my feelings, my will. I presume to generate these things my-self, therefore I am."
<thread2>
Ancient Greeks contemplated a great many things. 1 of them was the question, "Is evrythng separate things or is it 1 whole thing?".
It's a simple deduction that separation is a human/egocentric construct. That there's no real separation btwn us and everything else. No quantum mx necessary. thread>
