This film is a banger and well worth seeing on a big screen if you get the chance.

💯. No spoilers for everybody but the final 10 minutes makes for an audacious dramatic/narrative choice by the director and it works. Superb central performance by Moura. Great gallery of eccentric characters. Pulsating music. Stellar set and production design. Just brilliant.

Finished Elizabeth R. As a History nut (well, I teach the damn subject after all !) and a fan of TV with depth, style and substance, that was one of the best series that I have ever seen. Magnificent.
