Currently my best treatment is sleep. But, that alienates me from my friends and family. I'm rapidly losing my ability to push forward. I'm hoping to get it back when spring comes.

Conveniently for them, the Republicans are the majority in both chambers.

The Senate is not going to be given the chance to confirm. Trump is going to appoint and no one will stop them.
