I mean it seems obvious enough. I was more curious if anyone else had been hit up by this guy.

After some follow-up questions they said:

"It will be considered at our presentation and a client of mine is interested in putting it in his new home and office, you'd be getting $400 twice weekly for compensation. Are we good to proceed"

This screams "scam", but wanted to get feedback.

Anybody else get a message recently from "sw4003504" on deviantArt asking if they can "use one of your profile artpiece as a guideline or pose for an art project? You'll totally get credited"..?

I’d heard a rumor a while back that they were bringing the buffet/salad bar back in some locations. If I’m not mistaken, there’s one in Woonsocket that’s pretty old school. I’ll have to find an excuse to go there sometime and check it out.

Small edits have needed to be done to fix some technical issues during the live broadcast from Monday. But, the episode should be updated and uploaded to SoundCloud sometime tomorrow. :)

To clarify (knew I shoulda edited *before* I posted), the show broadcasts on Monday, 9/8/25 from 11:00am - 12:30pm, EST if you wanna listen live! :)

If you’re not able to listen in live, the episodes are all archived. So, no need to worry if you wanna listen in, but RL has other plans at that point. :)

So, as I mentioned a couple of weeks back, I’ll be appearing on my brother Sean’s internet radio show, “The Calmute Home” tomorrow. The show broadcasts live at 11am EST and goes tile 12:30pm EST. :)

Vacation started as of 5:30 last night, and I am making the most of it by doing *absolutely nothing* today. :D

So, to prove I’m alive, here are some things I’ve been working on recently! The first was finished a few weeks back. The other two are in varying stages of progress.

Been a brutal couple of months at work. But, I intend on getting back to streaming in the near future!

Currently, he’s doing a series of interviews with local music artists in and around New England.

And, since he and I have worked on a couple of CD’s and performed live together for 12 years, he invited me on. :)

We’ll spend probably 5 minutes talking music before it derails into Python quotes. XD

If anybody is at all interested, I’ll be sitting in on an internet radio broadcast hosted by my brother on September 8th.

It’s called “The Calm-mute Home”. It’s a show where he mainly focuses on acoustic performances across the music industry.

Well, I’ve been working, sleeping, sweating my ass off in the most humid weather I can remember in a while and, of course, drawing when I have the chance and the aforementioned humidity isn’t causing the media I’m working with to stick to any part of my body it touches. : P

Was a great show! He was pretty much on point all night. Very few missteps, considering how long he’s been at it. :)

Update on the car, still got some insurance things to clear up (like getting them to cover my rental costs for the two weeks I needed one).

Two finished CD themed badges (Zucai’s needs one minor edit) and a WIP, soon to be a third finished badge. One more to follow, then it’s back to inking and traditional color work for a bit. :) Progress is happening!
