Okay, I cannot recommend 5calls.org enough. Enter your address and it will find all your reps (federal and state). AND give you a list of issues to call about AND which reps to call about each of them AND a little script for each, in case it's helpful. They have an app, too.

Not only that, THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT. Overwhelming you shuts you down. It hurts your ability to resist.

Take care of yourself. Focus on the topics you have capacity to.

Listen to the people who help you think this through.

Take breaks. Listen to your body.

And find community. Most important.

Trump can authorize this "don't you dare call it a" concentration camp.

The money to build it has to come from somewhere.

Tell your members of Congress not one cent for mass detention camps.

Just an FYI for people who may be new to the book banning stuff, when your books are banned it does not mean you’re on “the right side.” It means that your art (and probably you too) is being targeted by right wing extremists for erasure. It means you are being silenced. It’s NOT GOOD.
