Well in that case the five percent hurdle in Germany should guarantee a stable government. Looking at the current government…..and what about France? We are doing fine here in Denmark with a 2 % hurdle.

No need to drink fluoridated water when you can use toothpaste and mouthwash and get the same results, but in countries with third world healthcare fluoridated water is of course a cheap solution. Not much prophylaxis though.
